Today we took another trip to Bok Tower, this time with Brian and Lynn. (Alf's sister and brother-in-law)  They came down to Florida on Monday and have been staying with us.  They moved to our fifth wheel in Cypress RV Park today.

But back to the trip to Bok.  It was full of adventures.

When Alf wasn't looking this gator sneaked up on him.  Look out!.

But Lynn was there to wrestle him (the gator that is, not Alf)  and saved the day.

We wandered around the park, listened to another carillon concert.  It was Founder's Day Weekend so we got to cross the moat and get a closer view of the tower and the brass doors.  But if you want to go inside you have to be a sustaining member (and we are not)

Brian is just a tad bit taller than Alf so it can make for some amusing pictures.

The sign says "Caution, low roof."  and Brian had to duck.  A man sitting in the gazebo said that was the first time he had noticed anyone who had to duck and asked Brian "how tall are you"   (6'4")  And Alf is a foot shorter.  Somehow it is hard for me to imagine these guys as good friends when they were in high school.  There is just such a size differential.

Once again, Bok Tower Gardens produced lots and lots of awe inspiring views, beautiful blooms and wild life, it is such a beautiful place to go for a walk.

Have a happy and blessed day, everyone!
