Shopping was very successful. I was looking for a couple of things, as several of my outfits are a size too big. (A terrible problem to have, but I am happy to live with it)
Anyway, we went to Bealls. On Tuesday you get 15 percent off for 55 plus, but it was a special sale day and everything was 50 percent off and then your 15 off.
I didn't know this so when I went to the checkout with these really nice black stretch denim short with sequin trim on the back pockets, I thought I would be paying $22 minus the 15 percent. Imagine my surprise when the bill came to $10. That is when I found out about the extra 50. 
So I immediately went back and picked up two other items I had set aside because I didn't want to be spending too much. I got the T-shirt and denim shorts for $17.73. 
Then we stopped at a Bealls outlet and I scored again. This pair of white capri's for 54 cents. Can you believe it? 54 cents! It was a good shopping day. Now I will have to go through my closet and decide what to get rid of so I have room for my new things.
